We announce that we have been confirmed for Interpreters Coordination for the “Online Workshop on EU Seed Marketing Reform”, organized by the Austria based Arche-Noa, the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, with the support of EC-LLD, happening online the 17th and 18th of October 2024.

The aim of this activity is to support the involvement of small organizations and grassroots movements in the policy-making process regarding seed policy and legislation. This workshop aims at building their capacity and awareness on the ongoing process of seed marketing reform, which will have a great impact on biodiversity and seed exchange in Europe and beyond.

The workshop will last 4 hours both on the 17th and the 18th, and we will be providing Simultaneous Interpretation Coordination for 2 Booths, FR and DE, with an English Pivot.

Hi! Welcome to AlterNative Technology Systems website !

I’m axel, ANTS Project Manager.

I have been working in Simultaneous Interpretation for Social Movements field since 2009, when I co-founded with other 3 people the pioneer project COATI (based in Barcelona, Cataluña, Spain).

Putting together 14 years of experience participating in different social movements events, ANTS project (AlterNative Technology Systems) started around summer 2023, when I moved back to my birth city Turin, North-West of Italy. I officially registered ANTS in Italy at around march 2024.

Despite more than a decade working in the field, the ANTS project is relatively young, so as you can understand the website is still under construction. I will fill it with information and posts about the events we participate and the work we do in the time to come !

Please do not hesitate to write us an e-mail for information on the project!

You can also request a quote for your event, in-person or online

We can read emails in English, French, Spanish, Catalan and Italian, while we’re able to answer in English, Spanish and Italian.

We will try to answer you promptly !

Have a good navigation in the ANTS world 😉 !
